This simple, healthy breakfast is full of energy to wake you up and keep you going till lunch. Using a fermented soy yoghurt rather than dairy reduces the saturated fat content for a healthier meal, while the almonds and figs bring lots of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 100g fermented soy yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp rolled oat flakes
  • 1 tsp oat bran
  • 1 tsp flaked almonds
  • 20g dried figs, chopped 

How to make Yoghurt with Muesli

1. Top the yoghurt with the oat flakes, oat bran, flaked almonds and figs. Serve and enjoy!
