Devil's Claw would not be my recommendation in this instance, simply because it's unlikely to be strong enough to deal with nerve pain. It is a tricky condition because it is caused by physical constriction on the nerves in the wrist, but I generally suggest getting more magnesium. You could also try nettle tea or tincture to help reduce calcium dumping/uric acid build-up. It may also be beneficial to consult a cranial osteopath.
