You might either have 'Raynauds', also known as white finger, where the oxygen supply to the fingers is limited by poor circulation or tension in the upper back or which is crimping a nerve or blood vessel that supplies the hands.
In the first case, please try a 6 week course of Ginkgo biloba and increase your oily fish intake to 3x a week.
For muscle tension, you might want to look at some magnesium citrate morning and evening.
There is another possible cause; some wear and tear in the upper spine. For this, a product called glucosamine sulphate has been found to help countless people over a 6-12 week period.
I hope one of these possible causes sounds familiar and you can decide on an appropriate remedy.
Best wishes
Earle
