I am sorry to hear about this problem. First of all, stretchy, gentle exercise like yoga is ideal as, over time, it should help build muscle strength to 'hold' the joints in place. Working with a well-qualified trainer might be a good option here, or a Pilates instructor with experience of the condition.
As well as gentle exercise, I would recommend magnesium (which is very good for the health of the muscles and joints), a little Devil's Claw to support your body whilst it adapts, and plenty of healthy fats such as avocadoes, walnuts, flaxseed oil, to support the connective tissue.
