Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areI would hold off from doing any strenuous exercise, such as a gym workout, whilst your back is painful. You don't want to risk making the problem worse, or slow down recovery. You may find that gentle exercises such as yoga or walking, however, is a bit easier on your back.
You could also apply a little Arnica Gel to your back, as this has anti-inflammatory properties and provides swift relief from aches and pains.
If the pain does not clear up within a couple of weeks, I would recommend you visit your doctor to see if they can determine what's causing your pain.
