Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areI am sorry to hear you have been suffering from this problem for so long. I would suggest applying Arnica Gel to the area in the first instance, as this can be very soothing. As the issue has been so persistent, you may also wish to try Devil's Claw which can work to reduce any excessive inflammation.
I know it is very difficult, but try to keep the affected area rested as much as possible and use your other arm when you can.
If you have already tried these kinds of home remedies, I would recommend speaking to your doctor. They may be able to offer helpful treatments such as physiotherapy which may be necessary as you've had this problem for so long.
