Magnesium deficiency can contribute muscle cramps so you may find that it helps to increase your intake of magnesium-rich foods such as spinach and nuts and seeds. Our Balance Mineral Drink also contains magnesium and helps to support the muscles and joints so this may be a helpful addition to your diet. Keeping properly hydrated and drinking at least 1.5l of water daily is also recommended.
