Tennis elbow is a form of bursitis, that is inflammation of the fluid-filled sacks that surround the joints. It only gets better with rest I'm afraid.
I'm worried that you are busy using that joint for work or at home and may struggle to rest it but please try to use your other side more.
You'll find some relief if you apply some Atrogel® at least twice a day and since knee pain can persist, also consider taking some Atrosan® tablets. The tablets take a few weeks to begin working but it's important to reduce any excessive inflammation because it causes further long term damage to the tissues of the joint.
If there's one joint that is particularly hard to rest, it's the knees, so some extra help is often needed here.
Sorry I can't say what might be causing the knee pain though.
Best wishes
Earle
