I have severe lower back pain and at the front. The pain is that severe I am increasingly becoming unable to walk.

With the pain being so severe and both front and back, would you ask your doctor to consider your urinary and kidney health before I recommend any remedies?

Lower back pain is not usually felt at the front of the body too (if anything, it causes buttock and upper leg pain), which makes me suspicious the cause is something else and urinary bladder problems are known to be experienced both front and back, as are kidney issues, though generally a little more to the left hand side.
