I think it is sensible to visit your doctor to see if they can figure out what is causing your hip and knee pain as this will determine the most suitable treatments. Menopause could be a factor (fatigue and muscle and joint pain are key symptoms) but we would want to get checked out just to rule anything else out.
It's also important to ensure you are properly hydrated (drink at least 1.5-2l of plain, still water daily), and follow an anti-inflammatory diet. I have a blog around this topic with some tips you may find helpful:

Reducing sugar would be helpful to help manage the aches and pains, as well as the cystitis symptoms (plus IC has links with constipation/dehydration in some cases so this gives extra reason to drink plenty of water!).
