In the meantime, I would recommend drinking nettle tea regularly and aim to get more magnesium, either through your diet or a gentle supplement. You may also see improvements to your symptoms by cutting out caffeine and limiting your alcohol intake (if applicable) because your symptoms could be down to high levels of uric acid, which would radiate all over and be quite painful.
