Hi there, if you think your fatigue and low mood is linked to your arthritis, then it may help to get this problem under control first and hope that it has a knock-on effect on your other symptoms.
For arthritis, I usually recommend either Atrogel Arnica Gel or Atrosan Devil's Claw. Atrogel is a topical gel that can be applied to the affected area to help with inflammation and pain. Atrosan can be taken internally and is considered more of a long-term solution as it takes a few weeks to show its pain-relieving properties. Of course, these are just a few of our natural options and your doctor may have other advice to offer, such as physiotherapy, so it is worth consulting them too.
Other than this, I would suggest getting more magnesium in your diet as this supports energy levels, as well as the muscles and joints. So, foods like spinach, pumpkin seeds and almonds are ones to focus in on, though of course there are plenty of other foods that are rich in magnesium. The blog below can offer a bit more information on this.

Cutting down your intake of caffeine and increasing the amount of water you drink can also be positive for energy levels.
On top of this, if you can do some gentle exercises (even just walking a little more) this will release endorphins which will help to boost mood.
I hope this has given you a few helpful tips and if you have any more questions do get in touch.
