Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areHi there, I am sorry to hear about this problem. I wonder whether it could be to do with your sleeping position – often this can contribute to back pain, as I explore in my blog 'Ease your back pain by changing your posture'. Sleeping on your back or side, are the best options for anyone with back pain.
Although you may not notice the pain during the day, your daily routine could also influence symptoms. Sitting for hours at a time or, alternatively, vigorous activity, can contribute to back pain.
To ease the discomfort, it may help to apply a little Arnica gel to the area as this is very soothing.
I hope this is helpful. Remember, you can always read my pages on back pain if you want more information, and don't be afraid to visit your doctor if the problem persists.
