On top of this, some remedies to consider trying are as follows:
- Atrogel Arnica Gel – this can be applied topically to reduce pain.
- Glucosamine sulphate – take this long-term to strengthen the connective tissue. You should be able to find this in your nearest health food store.
Remember, the movement that has caused the problem should be avoided, but general exercise to strengthen the area concerned can be useful.
