I am glad to hear you are making changes to your diet through the help of a nutritionist but do bear in mind that these changes will take time to have an impact. Stress is also something to consider as this is another risk factor for osteoporosis. If you experience digestive issues or are on antacids this is also something to look at.
Gentle strength exercises will also be a good addition to your workout routine, perhaps replacing one of the activities you already do.
