I would always recommend a low impact sport for fibromyalgia sufferers. This includes things like swimming, cycling or even walking. The latter is quite easy to incorporate into your routine – simply walk to the shops or take a stroll at lunch time. Gradually introduce these things into your routine, adding more if and when you feel you are able.
