We get asked this via the questions and answers page all the time and my answer is yes but only if you change your diet and lifestyle to suit the condition. As someone once said, carry on doing what you are doing for the same results.
Please have a look at my fibromyalgia diet advice and do your utmost to take on the advice if you've not yet done so.
Be sure, though, to initially focus on the factors that you consider make your fibromyalgia intolerable. For example, if you could cope better if it weren't for such awful sleep quality, make that your priority, or if your mood is terribly low, address that for a more positive and determined outlook.
