Sorry to read about your spreading discomfort.
It's difficult to say for sure what effects all the postural changes will be, you'll need to be examined by a physiotherapist to get that answer.
However, I suspect your lower back is affected by the limping and weakness. Muscle rigidity in this area can compromise circulation and even nervous system messaging to the legs and feet, which would account for the pain you're experiencing down the back of your legs.
Pain and stiffness is also typically worsened during and after periods of inactivity, such as sitting as you describe. That's because movement aids circulation and the production of pain-killing endorphins. Keep active as best you can.
Please consider applying our Atrogel® to the worst affected joints for speedy relief and taking our Atrosan® tablets over a couple of months to address the inflammation in the joints and muscles. I use Atrogel® for a stiff neck and I find relief in around 24hours or so. You just need to remember to apply it at least twice daily.
Best wishes
Earle
