Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areIt sounds as though you might have either some wear and tear in the length of the spine or the muscles supporting the spine are tense.
Either will impede circulation and perhaps crimp nerves that radiate from the spine to the limbs.
If the wear and tear sounds a possibility because of a heavily physical occupation, then please consider applying Atrogel® Arnica gel 3 times a day and taking glucosamine (£6 for 90) and perhaps some Atrosan® Devils Claw too. All this for 6 weeks, although the gel will help in hours or days.
If muscle tension could be responsible, perhaps because of a desk or driving job, please look at taking some extra magnesium (£8 for 60) and apply the Atrogel® 3 times a day.
If you're able to implement some dietary changes that might help (and keep the supplements down in the long term), please have a look at the series of blogs on understanding and managing pain.
Best wishes
Earle
