We can't diagnose I'm afraid and the doctor had access to a lot more testing procedures, equipment and yourself in person too! I'd go along with their opinion.
The chest isn't a typical site of pain in fibromyalgia though and if you've had the all clear with regards your heart then I'd look to a very, very common cause of hospital admissions for chest pain - indigestion.
If you have experienced heartburn before, or you had a sizeable or protein-rich meal in the hours before the attack, look to this as a possible cause and consider some Centaurium herb as the bitter taste stimulates the digestive process.
