Find out how flexible you areI would recommend applying a little Arnica Gel initially to see if this helps. Not only is this gel quite soothing, it has anti-inflammatory properties which can help ease pain and stiffness. Devil's Claw is another option. This too is anti-inflammatory in nature and helps with general aches and pains. It may take a little longer to show its effects so would be considered more of a long term solution.
It would also help to do some wrist exercises/stretches. A quick search on YouTube will give examples, or you could consult a physiotherapist for ones tailored to your abilities.
A heat/cold pad may also be beneficial. You can alternate between the two to see which brings most relief.
