Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?
Answer our questions and find out if your flexibility is compromised.
Find out how flexible you areThe first thing to do is to get the results of your blood test and if you are anaemic take a natural iron supplement that won't upset your stomach (the doctor's iron tends to do this). Try Floradix or Feroglobin, both of which you can get in supermarkets as well as health stores.
The next thing would be to increase your vitamin C intake, as a lack of vitamin C can make you more likely to bruise. It's best to get your vitamin C from food, so increasing your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables is the best idea.
Best wishes
