A great on-the-go snack, nuts are a delicious way to get more protein into your diet. They are also packed with nutrients and healthy fats and can help to reduce hunger and lower blood sugar levels. Roasted and coated, this delicious spicy nut mix is super easy to make and full of flavour.
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the curry powder, cumin seeds, oil, water, maple syrup and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and smooth.
2. Add into the bowl the almond & cashew nuts, then toss until each nut has been coated!
3. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper, and place the nuts on the paper. Pop into the oven at 1800degrees, for 25-30 minutes, or until fully roasted!
4. Once roasted and smelling divine, carefully remove the tray from the oven. Serve while warm or eaten when cool. Store in a airtight container and nibble when hungry!

Nuts are packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats, making them a healthy and vitality-boosting snack. Almonds are also calcium-rich and are high in Vitamin E, which helps to maintain healthy skin. Cashew nuts are a good source of iron and zinc and are rich in magnesium, which helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function.
