I would recommend that you speak to ACAS who are an association dedicated to preventing and resolving employment disputes. Take a look at their link www.acas.org.uk and the contact information as they have a helpline for advice.
You may also like to consider taking Avena Calm made from oats and traditionally used to support the nervous system during times of stress. It may also help to improve sleep.
