I am sorry to hear that you suffer so badly with stress and related symptoms.
I wonder if you have spoken to your GP? Sometimes there can be physical causes which are worth exploring and if not they can sometimes refer patients to free counselling services or other helpful treatment options such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
If you prefer to seek an alternative route, I would recommend that you talk to a medical herbalist or a nutritionist.
Given your history and symptoms over recent years, they would be able to discuss this in depth and create a suggested protocol to help you.

Good nutrition is particularly important when we are under stress. If we don't eat properly or for long periods our blood sugar will crash and cause symptoms such as headaches and trembling. A nutritionist would be able to give you advice about which foods would best help you to alleviate these symptoms.
It is worth persevering and exploring all avenues that appeal to you. With the right support it is possible to make a significant difference to levels on anxiety.
I do hope you find the right support.
