I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering with cyclical panic attacks.
This could be linked to hormone levels. Are you able to tell me what's happening with your cycle and when it stopped? What symptoms did you notice most during the menopause? Any information you can provide may help to give us clues about your oestrogen levels and your response to them falling.
Please visit my panic attack pages which explain why women in their menopause can experience panic attacks. I hope you will find this helpful and reassuring.
We would also recommend, if you are not doing so already, that you take a daily supplement of magnesium, such as Salus Haus liquid magnesium (http://www.salusuk.com/products/magnesium_liq.html) with an extra dose during the week when you generally suffer the most. A good vitamin B complex would also help to support your nervous system and you could keep some Emergency Essence ) on hand to help see you through for the day when the Panic attacks hit.
With best wishes
Marianna
