Fear of flying is very real for many people and one of the most effective ways of dealing with it can be with hypnosis from a qualified and accredited hypnotherapist (http://www.hypnotherapy-directory.org.uk/articles/fearofflying.html).
Some airlines also offer classes to help overcome fear of flying e.g. http://www.flyingwithoutfear.co.uk.
Time is short however, so that may not be practical for this occasion but worth considering for the future.
If neither of these options are possible it may be worth a visit to the GP to request a short term sedative to help ease the anxiety.
However, if your daughter prefers to follow a natural route, she could try a combination of our Emergency and Confidence Essence and perhaps Passiflora Complex which is traditionally used to help ease nervous tension.
It would be helpful to start taking this now in the build up to the holiday.
With best wishes
