Ginseng is excellent for the adrenals, but we would agree that anything except Siberian Ginseng would be too strong.
Vogel in his wisdom created Ginsavena which we would favour as it combines Siberian Ginseng with the calming properties of Avena Sativa to ensure that the energy stimulated is healthy and not nervy.
We would also only recommend using it for 3 months at a time as well as obviously ensuring iron levels and the kidneys etc are all supported, subject to the background of the individual.
