I am sorry to hear that you are feeling unwell after a relaxed holiday.
Did you fly to your holiday destination? If so, it may be that you have picked something up in flight which is not uncommon due to the circulated air systems.
If not, it may be that you are reacting to the relaxation. If we are really stressed and busy over a period of time in the build to a holiday, our body can go into auto pilot, not responding to infections, or less than ideal food choices. As soon as we get a chance to unwind, our body's response can be 'phew, I can be ill now or I finally have time to detox.' This is a common scenario for people who live at a fast pace.
In either case it's time to take good care of yourself, maybe try a good multi vitamin and keep an eye on your daily stress levels. In terms of foods to include and help you recover do take a look at my blog - Love your adrenals. Part 3 - Choosing foods that help or hinder adrenal healing.
Hopefully you will be feeling better very soon but if your symptoms cause you concern or are taking time to improve, do book an appointment with your GP or a healthcare practitioner.
With best wishes
Marianna
