I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering so badly with anxiety and depression.
Both are very unpleasant to experience and can cause a variety of symptoms, emotionally, physically and psychologically.
As I am not a practitioner I would recommend that you discuss this with your GP if you have not done so already?
Your GP can help to test for any possible underlying causes and will be familiar with your medical history.
It is important to get a a proper diagnosis so that you can then explore different options available to help you, either with your GP or by following a more naturopathic route if appropriate.
If you have seen your GP already and are wanting to follow a naturopathic path for treatment, I would suggest you consult a medical herbalist locally (http://www.nimh.org.uk/) who would be able to put together a specific protocol suited to your needs.
