When we are under stress our nervous system has to work extra hard and this can result in all sorts of unusual symptoms, sometimes very unique to the individual.

With tired, aching, tingling legs you may benefit from a magnesium supplement as deficiency (which is common in women and those under stress) can often cause these symptoms, especially if they are worse at night.
A good magnesium supplement such as Salus liquid magnesium or a magnesium citrate capsule or tablet (taken after supper) could possibly help. I would discuss this with your local health food shop.
