How well are you sleeping?
Answer 5 simple questions in our sleep test for a brief evaluation and some advice.
Take the sleep testI think any change in sleeping patterns like that should be discussed with your GP, as they may want to run some tests or rule certain things out. You could be anaemic, for example.
However, my guess is that your body is suffering following the surgery. How long ago was your operation? Did your sleeping problems start after it?
Any surgery is very traumatic and the effects, particularly from general anaesthetic, can last longer than people realise.
I would try our Valerian preparation, Dormeasan. This helps you get to sleep and stay asleep so your sleep is of good quality. You can also take one dose upon waking during the night, if need be. Valerian can also help with pain if this is still a problem for you.
I hope that this helps.
