background

I’m having sleeping problems for 3 weeks now. No problem to fall asleep but I wake up a few times a night or very early in the morning. It takes about an hour to get back to sleep. Even when I slept for 7-8 hours I woke up tired, not rested. During the day I’m exhausted and as soon as I sit down, for example to watch TV, I’m falling asleep. I noticed I’m also more forgetful. Recently I had a sinus surgery which caused teeth removal too and it’s a long process until everything is back to normal. So this is the only thing bothering me, but I’m not depressed or anything. What can I do? Any use of going to my GP? Many thanks for your help.
