At night when I feel tired I go to bed, but I find I cannot sleep most of the night.... The next day I feel weary and nod off in my chair, sometimes for a couple of minutes, sometimes up to a couple of hours. Upon awakening I do not immediately know date or time. This pattern repeats itself daily. What can I do?
