This is a common problem post menopause, as declining oestrogen levels contribute to higher anxiety levels, and in addition, night sweats can cause bad sleeping patterns which persist beyond the menopause.
You do not say if you are struggling with any menopausal symptoms - hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety, joint aches and pains, low libido?
If you are, I would suggest our Menopause Support product, which may help with any these symptoms, and can reduce anxiety as well which will help you sleep.
In addition, I would suggest you take our sleep aid, Dormeasan, 30 minutes before bed, cut out as much caffeine and sugar as possible from you diet, drink plenty of water during the day to support you kidneys and adrenal glands and take a B vitamin supplement.
I hope this helps
Amy
