I think if you are struggling to get to sleep, then Dormeasan, our sleep remedy, is the best place to start. It should get you to sleep 30 minutes after taking it, and if you wake up in the early hours you can take a second dose.
Also, are there lifestyle issues that are contributing? One thing to look at is if the sleeping problems started after any change in lifestyle. Do you eat late at night? Exercise in the evening? Drink too much caffeine? All these can affect sleep.
Or have you more stress than before? If so, I would take a magnesium supplement as well at night.
