My 16 year old daughter suffers with stress and finds it very hard to sleep at night because her mind doesn't switch off for her to relax and fall asleep. We have tried some herbal remedies with valerian and things like camomile tea, but she's still struggling and its makiing her exhausted during the day. Can you suggest anything she could try as she is too young for sleeping tablets from the GP.
