The best thing for this is a magnesium supplement, taken in liquid or powder form before bed.
Magnesium helps muscle function, eases cramps and helps relax the body. There are lots on the market, a good one is Salus Magnesium liquid, or Nutri Megamag Calmeze. Or ask in a health food shop. Liquid or powders work best at night as they are so quickly absorbed.
If you want to take a tablet, I would by a well absorbed form of the mineral, like Magnesium Citrate, and take one tablet with each meal.
The other thing that can help with restless legs is cutting out or avoiding caffeine and excess salt in the diet.
