Please tell me, is there any adult in your life who you feel you could talk to about your fears and your sleeping issues? A family member, or a teacher?
What you describe sounds completely normal and understandable, and I think you may need some support in talking through your fears.
The people in your life who care about you will want to help, and so it important to let them know how you are feeling, including how tired you are.
