What you are describing could be because your nervous system is overacting and is essentially constantly in 'fight or flight' mode, and so is producing adrenaline all day and then as well at night.
I would take AvenaCalm, 20 drops in a little water, first thing in the morning and then again in the afternoon or early evening. Then, half an hour before you go to bed, take 30 drops of our Dormeasan® again in a little water. You can buy these on the site or at a health food shop.
I would think it would be a good idea to go to a health food shop and get a B vitamin complex a magnesium supplement as well.
Also, limit your sugar and caffeine intake, definitely do not drink caffeine after midday.
