Yes, this is actually quite normal. As the seasons change your skin can become more exposed to cold, dry air and changing temperatures, which can strip it of its essential oils, resulting in skin that’s drier and possibly more irritable.
There are a number of steps you can take to protect your skin during the colder months. I’d start by investing in a good, high-quality moisturiser such as our Bioforce Cream, which can help to restore any lost moisture and supply your skin with the nutrients it needs to repair any cell damage.
You could also try to invest in a humidifier for your home as often it’s not the temperature outside that’s doing the damage, but the central heating system inside your own home!
