I'm assuming that your periods haven't returned since your holiday and not that they have just not arrived for the past 3 months and thus this is what I've based my advice on.
Progesterone medication (used to stop periods) is very strong and, therefore, it can take a while to rebalance the hormones after using, i.e. delaying your periods and the bloating could be due to the fact that the womb lining is not currently being shed.
My advice would be:
1. Drink plenty of water, cut out or lessen the intake of caffeine, fizzy drinks and salt; this will help with fluid retention- A.Vogel Dandelion can also help with this.
2. Make sure that your bowels are moving daily, if not you could look at Molkosan® Fruit
3. Try to do 20 mins of exercise each day - this can be something as simple as a walk - and this will get the lymph glands working.
Try these for a few weeks and this should hopefully get your system/hormones back on track.
Kindest regards
Emma
