You have the classic symptoms of low oestrogen levels, which are very common on the pill, as most tend to increase progesterone levels.
I would agree with your idea to switch to the coil, however, the non hormonal variety of coil and not the Mirena coil, as this type will continue to release progesterone.
Give the coil a couple of months, and, most likely, your symptoms will disappear; if they don't and you would like further help, please don't hesitate to come back to me.
