As you approach the menopause (average age range is 45-55) your hormones can begin to subtly change and although you may still be getting regular periods you can develop other symptoms like PMS, this is very common at your age.
However, your symptoms could be caused by other factors so it is a good idea to get them checked by your doctor, muscle fatigue and pain can often be caused by low iron or low thyroid and your doctor can test for these just to rule them out.
