There is a very good practical reason for not necessarily using Agnus castus for fertility.
There are many reasons that a woman may be struggling to conceive. One of them is having high prolactin levels, and if this is the case Agnus castus may help. There are, however, plenty of other reasons for not getting pregnant and Agnus castus will not help with any of them. If you know that prolactin is your problem then Agnus castus may be useful to help rebalance your hormones in this specific way. You should stop it when you have your first positive pregnancy test.
