On average women bleed for 4-5 days during their period but this can vary from 2-7 days and still be classed as 'normal' for you - everyone is individual!
If you are worried, feel free to give me some more information. It can be useful to know how long your cycle is, so how often you have a period, (this is approximately 28 days on average but again can vary across different women). Also, if you are currently on any medication, have any existing conditions or experience any other symptoms during your cycle.
You can submit your information through our Helpline service or get in touch with me directly at emmat@avogel.co.uk
