The Agnus castus helps support your progesterone levels, so in some cases this can affect your cycle, as it can alter the balance of our hormones. However, especially if you've just come off the pill, your hormones are likely to be a little erratic also, so this could also be having an effect.
It might be worth waiting for a month or two to see how they settle after coming off the pill (you might find they calm themselves without the synthetic dose of hormones from the pill, and you may not even need the Agnus castus).
However, it would be best to track you symptoms and cycle during this time as the Agnus castus isn't necessarily the best option for every women with PMS. This is all dependent on your symptoms. I've written a blog on this very topic called 'Agnus castus - the female herb explained' if you'd like any more information.
Feel free to keep in touch and I'd be happy to help advise you!
Best wishes,
Emma
