What foods and drinks trigger hot flushes and (night) sweats? There are an awful lot, but the main ones are caffeine. So, that's your coffee, your tea, your energy drinks. The main food groups are spicy, peppery foods. High salt (such as processed foods) and sugar foods and also your sweets and chocolates.
The best way to find out which one it is. Do a diary over a couple of weeks, listing everything you're eating and drinking, and when you also get a flush or a sweat.
And for hot flushes and night sweats you can try our Menoforce one-a-day Sage tablets.
