60 seconds in menopause video transcript:
What are some of the dry symptoms of perimenopause and menopause?
Dryness is a very common problem at this point. Falling oestrogen can affect and dry out the mucous membranes all around the body, as well as impacting on hydration generally.
So, a few of the symptoms would be vaginal dryness and dry eyes, which can affect your sight.
Dry mouth, now that can affect your taste. It can make it more difficult to swallow, you can end up with dry lips, and a dry mouth can also affect your gums as well, making them more prone to bleeding.
Another symptom is dry skin. Now, it could be dry skin all over. You might find that your hands are getting drier or your feet or you can get dry patches. It can also be dry sinuses.
What can help?
So, what I recommend here: Loads of water every day. Don't forget that. Take a super supplement called Sea Buckthorn Oil, which is known to help hydrate mucous membranes. And, remember to have enough healthy fats in your diet every day.
