Weak fingernails and hair are, unfortunately, common in the menopause and I would recommend Urticalcin.This usually works quite quickly so worth trying for a few months.
Check your diet too and make sure that you are eating plenty of calcium and magnesium rich foods such as nuts and seeds, dried fruits, dark green leafy vegtables, and a variety of fruits as this will help as well.
