Blood tests are not particularly accurate and do depend on your hormone levels on the day.
Even going through the menopause, your hormone levels can change or have a bit of a high blip and if you are tested at that point the test can come back negative.
You are in the average age range of starting the menopause and if you have been experiencing menopause symptoms, then it is possible you are on the way!
However; low iron, low thyroid, and low vitamin D can all cause similar symptoms so it may be an idea to ask your doctor to test for these to rule them out.
